Day at the Pumpkin Patch

So, a few Saturday's ago, we spent the morning at the park, well, this past weekend, we spent our Saturday morning at the Pumpkin Patch, and we came home with two pumpkins, a big one for the family and a little one that Weston picked out. It was SO much fun, and I'm looking forward to continuing the tradition of taking Weston to the Pumpkin Patch every year. Weston was so amazed by all the "big orange things" laying on the ground, and he was TOO cute looking at them all and wanting to touch them and hold on to them while we were there. I think the pictures are worth a thousand words, so I'll leave you with pictures of our Pumpkin Patch outing! :)

Day at the Park

So, Weston and I went to the park on Saturday morning, and we had so much fun! He climbed on the playground, and he swung on the swings. It was a perfect Saturday morning with our friends!

Anyways, I took some photos, and I'll preface that some of the photos aren't so great, but he's constantly on the move, and it's a struggle to get his smiling face in the photos. I often get the top of his head or side of his face instead!

This is...

...what it feels like to wear your heart outside of your body! I love this little boy, and he is what keeps me going even on days like last Thursday! :) Love him!

This is how I feel today...

I feel terrible! I don't know that I have a fever, but I feel like I do...I have a stuffy head, headache, because I have SO much in my head, sore throat, runny nose, etc. All in all, it's a tough day. Unfortunately, I'm not home in bed...I'm here at work, and I'm trying to focus and get things done; however, it's a bit difficult. I just want to crawl under my desk and go to sleep! I'm planning on leaving early this afternoon to try to head home and get some rest. We have big plans for this weekend, so I can't be sick! :(

And I feel bad, because I know that I caught this from Weston. He had a cold and had a really snotty nose, and he wasn't fussy, so I didn't realize that it was so bad. Unfortunately, he probably felt a lot worse than I gave him credit for! Or maybe us adults just can't handle being sick, and I actually felt worse! Who knows?!

Christmas Card Sneak Peak

Here is a sneak peak for everyone out there of the Harvey Family Christmas card...What do you think?! We love it!
